Yes. Billing is not switched on, so nothing is gated and nobody is charged. The prices above are the Individual plan Mica intends to offer. You will hear from Mica before billing turns on, and your docs stay in your Drive either way.
100% in your Google Drive, as plain markdown files. Mica stores file ids and byte counts, never content. Delete Mica and your docs are still sitting in Drive, readable by anything that opens text files.
It never went in. Every doc is already a .md file in your Drive, so there is nothing to export. For other formats, use File → Export to get Markdown, a PDF, or a Google Doc.
Whoever you share them with in Drive. Mica checks Drive's permissions live on every request and keeps no list of its own, so removing someone in Drive removes them from Mica too.
Two ways. Connect Claude or ChatGPT over MCP and it reads and edits docs as you, under your Drive permissions; you can revoke it under Account → Connections. Or open the Assistant with ⇧⌘K and use your own Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini API key, which stays in your browser and never reaches Mica.
Live editing needs Mica's relay. If it is unreachable, Mica falls back to autosaving over a normal connection and merges your edits with everyone else's when it returns. If two edits collide, you choose which to keep.
Yes. Turn your account into a team, invite teammates, and connect team folders. Admins manage members and connectors. Each person's access to a doc is still whatever Drive grants them.
